Iyup Protocol
Iyup is a decentralized platform for tokenizing Real World Assets (RWA) with privacy-preserving document management. Built on Sui blockchain, it combines zero-knowledge proofs, decentralized storage (Walrus), and smart contract escrow to enable secure trading of tokenized assets with full cryptographic guarantees.
Key Features
🪙 RWA Tokenization
Mint non-fungible tokens representing unique real-world assets like property deeds, equipment, or collectibles.
🏪 Decentralized Marketplace
Trade RWA tokens with built-in escrow protection and automatic access key transfer to new owners.
📄 Document Vault
Immutable document storage with version history, audit trails, and integration with Walrus decentralized storage.
🔐 Zero-Knowledge Proofs
Privacy-preserving document verification using Groth16 zk-SNARKs without revealing document content.
🔑 Access Control
Cryptographic commitment-based access management for encrypted documents with on-chain ownership verification.
✅ Auditor Endorsement
Third-party verification system allowing law firms and notaries to endorse documents for legal compliance.
Architecture Overview
Iyup consists of three main components:
- Smart Contracts (Move on Sui): Core protocol logic for tokenization, marketplace, and document management
- Frontend (Next.js): Web application for users to register, trade, and verify RWA documents
- Indexer (TypeScript): Event indexing service that monitors blockchain events and exposes REST APIs
